이 약관은 노조클럽(nojo.club, 이하 "서비스")을 이용하는 조건과 절차, 서비스와 이용자의 권리와 의무를 정합니다. 서비스에 들어오거나 로그인하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 개인정보는 별도의 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.

제1조 (용어)

  1. "서비스"는 노조클럽 운영자가 nojo.club에서 제공하는 브라우저 3D 공간과 그에 딸린 페이지, 기능을 말합니다.
  2. "이용자"는 서비스에 들어온 모든 사람을 말하며, 로그인하지 않은 "손님"과 구글 계정으로 로그인한 "회원"으로 나뉩니다.
  3. "골드"는 서비스 안에서만 쓰이는 점수로, 접속 시간과 게임 안 활동으로 쌓이고 탈의실 상점 등에서 쓸 수 있습니다.
  4. "이용자 콘텐츠"는 이용자가 서비스 안에서 만든 채팅, 음성, 생각 풍선, 그림판의 그림, 공연, 캐릭터 이름과 외형, 설문 답변, 건의사항과 편지 등을 말합니다.
  5. "운영진"은 운영자와 운영자가 지정한 관리자를 말합니다.

제2조 (약관의 게시와 개정)

  1. 서비스는 이 약관을 첫 화면과 로그인 화면에서 연결되는 이 페이지에 게시합니다.
  2. 서비스는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바꿀 때는 적용일과 이유를 적어 적용일 7일 전부터 이 페이지와 게임 안 알림으로 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다.
  3. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않는 회원은 적용일 전까지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 알린 뒤 적용일까지 거부 의사를 밝히지 않고 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제3조 (서비스의 제공과 변경)

  1. 서비스는 무료입니다. 설치 없이 브라우저로 이용합니다.
  2. 서비스는 계속 만들어 가는 중이라 기능, 지도, 규칙, 게임 안 수치가 바뀔 수 있습니다. 이용자에게 크게 영향을 주는 변경은 게임 안 알림으로 알립니다.
  3. 점검, 업데이트 배포, 장애, 통신 사정으로 서비스가 잠시 멈출 수 있습니다. 서비스는 가능하면 미리 알리고, 멈춤을 줄이도록 노력합니다.

제4조 (이용 자격과 계정)

  1. 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
  2. 손님의 캐릭터와 설정은 그 브라우저에만 저장되며, 브라우저 저장소를 지우면 되살릴 수 없습니다.
  3. 회원은 구글 계정으로 로그인하며, 자기 계정을 다른 사람이 쓰지 않도록 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
  4. 회원은 언제든 nojo.club/account에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제하면 그 계정의 캐릭터, 골드, 산 물건, 기록이 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 지워지고 되살릴 수 없습니다.

제5조 (골드와 게임 안 물건)

  1. 골드는 돈을 내고 사는 것이 아니며, 금전적 가치가 없습니다. 현금이나 다른 재화로 바꾸거나, 다른 사람에게 팔거나 넘길 수 없습니다.
  2. 골드로 얻은 옷, 물건, 춤 등은 서비스 안에서 쓸 수 있는 권리일 뿐 소유권이 아닙니다.
  3. 오류나 부정한 방법으로 생긴 골드와 물건은 서비스가 회수하거나 고칠 수 있습니다.
  4. 게임 안 가격과 쌓이는 양은 균형을 위해 바뀔 수 있습니다.

제6조 (후원)

서비스 안의 발전기금 병은 외부 서비스(투네이션, 페이팔)로 연결되는 자발적 후원입니다. 후원에는 게임 안 대가가 없고, 결제와 환불은 그 외부 서비스의 약관을 따릅니다.

제7조 (이용자가 지켜야 할 것)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

  1. 다른 사람이나 운영진을 사칭하는 행위
  2. 욕설, 혐오, 차별, 성적인 내용, 괴롭힘, 스토킹, 위협
  3. 다른 사람의 개인정보를 동의 없이 드러내는 행위
  4. 불법 촬영물, 불법 정보, 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 올리거나 송출하는 행위
  5. 매크로나 자동화 프로그램, 오류 악용으로 골드나 이득을 얻는 행위
  6. 서비스 서버에 대한 공격, 과도한 요청, 페이지나 통신을 고쳐 규칙을 피하는 행위
  7. 광고, 홍보, 도배
  8. 그 밖에 법령이나 공공질서에 어긋나는 행위

캐릭터끼리 때리고 던지는 것은 게임의 놀이이며, 벌점과 감옥 같은 게임 규칙에 따릅니다. 다만 같은 사람을 끈질기게 괴롭히는 데 쓰면 위 2호에 해당할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (이용자 콘텐츠)

  1. 이용자 콘텐츠의 권리는 그 콘텐츠를 만든 이용자에게 있습니다.
  2. 이용자는 서비스가 서비스를 운영하고 보여 주는 데 필요한 범위에서(다른 이용자 화면에 보이기, 번역과 자막, 개인정보 처리방침에 적힌 기간의 보관, 감독님 촬영본과 그 공유, 노조클럽 홍보 영상) 이용자 콘텐츠를 무상으로 쓰는 것을 허락합니다. 감독님 촬영은 촬영 중인 구역의 화면에 안내가 뜨고, 마이크를 끄면 목소리는 녹음되지 않습니다.
  3. 공연에서 다른 사람의 저작물을 쓸 때 필요한 권리는 공연하는 이용자가 챙겨야 합니다.
  4. 서비스는 법령이나 이 약관에 어긋나는 이용자 콘텐츠를 알리지 않고 가리거나 지울 수 있습니다(채팅의 욕설 가림, 그림판 검사 포함).

제9조 (운영 조치)

  1. 제7조를 어기거나 다른 이용자에게 피해를 주면, 운영진은 정도에 따라 음소거, 음성 차단, 강퇴, 일정 기간 또는 영구 이용 제한을 할 수 있습니다. 제한은 브라우저(기기), 계정, 접속 주소 단위로 할 수 있습니다.
  2. 갑자기 손님이 몰려 방이 어지러울 때는 일정 시간 동안 새 손님의 입장을 막을 수 있습니다.
  3. 운영 조치에 이의가 있으면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요. 운영진이 다시 살펴봅니다.

제10조 (서비스의 의무)

  1. 서비스는 관련 법령과 이 약관이 금지하는 행위를 하지 않으며, 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하도록 노력합니다.
  2. 서비스는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호합니다.

제11조 (책임의 제한)

  1. 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 서비스의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 서비스 중단, 데이터나 골드의 손실, 이용자 사이의 다툼으로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
  2. 서비스는 이용자가 올린 콘텐츠와 서비스가 연결하는 외부 사이트의 내용에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 알게 된 불법 콘텐츠는 지체 없이 가리거나 지웁니다.

제12조 (서비스 종료)

서비스를 끝낼 때는 30일 전부터 이 페이지와 게임 안 알림으로 알립니다. 서비스가 끝나면 골드와 게임 안 물건도 함께 사라집니다.

제13조 (분쟁 해결과 준거법)

  1. 서비스와 이용자는 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 대화로 해결하도록 노력합니다.
  2. 이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따르며, 소송은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

Terms of Use

Effective October 29, 2026. This is a translation; where it differs from the Korean text above, the Korean text applies.

These terms set out how nojo.club (the "Service") may be used and what the Service and its users owe each other. Entering the Service or signing in means you agree to them. Personal data is handled under the separate Privacy Policy (in Korean).

1. Terms used

  1. The "Service" is the browser 3D space at nojo.club, with its pages and features, run by the operator of nojo.club.
  2. A "user" is anyone who enters: a "guest" who has not signed in, or a "member" signed in with a Google account.
  3. "Gold" is a score used only inside the Service. It builds up with time spent and activity in the game and can be spent in the changing room's shop and elsewhere in the game.
  4. "User content" is what users make in the Service: chat, voice, thought bubbles, drawings on the board, performances, character names and looks, survey answers, feedback and letters.
  5. "Staff" means the operator and the moderators the operator appoints.

2. Posting and changes

  1. These terms are posted on this page, linked from the front page and the sign-in screen.
  2. The Service may change these terms within the law. A change is announced on this page and in the game's notices 7 days before it applies, or 30 days before if it is to users' disadvantage, with the date and the reason.
  3. A member who does not accept a change may delete their account before it applies. Using the Service after that date without objecting means accepting the change.

3. The Service

  1. The Service is free and runs in a browser with nothing to install.
  2. It is still being built, so features, maps, rules and in-game numbers may change. Changes that affect users a great deal are announced in the game.
  3. Maintenance, updates, outages or network trouble may stop it for a while. The Service tries to announce stops in advance and keep them short.

4. Who may use it, and accounts

  1. You must be 14 or older.
  2. A guest's character and settings are kept only in that browser and cannot be restored once its storage is cleared.
  3. Members sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping their account to themselves.
  4. Members may delete their account at any time at nojo.club/account. Its character, gold, items and records are then deleted as the Privacy Policy says and cannot be restored.

5. Gold and in-game items

  1. Gold is not bought with money and has no monetary value. It cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else, sold or given to another person.
  2. Clothes, things and dances got with gold are a right to use them in the Service, not property.
  3. Gold and items gained through bugs or unfair means may be taken back or corrected.
  4. Prices and how fast gold builds up may change for balance.

6. Support

The fund jar in the game links to outside services (Toonation, PayPal) for voluntary support. Support buys nothing in the game, and payment and refunds follow those services' terms.

7. What users must not do

  1. Pretend to be another person or the staff
  2. Abuse, hate, discrimination, sexual content, harassment, stalking or threats
  3. Reveal other people's personal information without consent
  4. Post or broadcast illegal recordings, illegal information or content that infringes others' rights
  5. Gain gold or advantage with macros, bots or by exploiting bugs
  6. Attack the Service's servers, flood it with requests, or alter the page or its traffic to get around the rules
  7. Advertise, promote or spam
  8. Anything else against the law or public order

Characters hitting and throwing each other is play, under the game's own rules such as penalty points and jail. Using it to keep tormenting the same person can still fall under item 2.

8. User content

  1. User content belongs to the user who made it.
  2. Users allow the Service to use their content free of charge as far as running and showing the Service needs: showing it on other users' screens, translation and captions, keeping it for the periods in the Privacy Policy, the director's recordings and their sharing, and promotional videos of nojo.club. While the director is recording, the zone's screens say so, and a muted microphone is not recorded.
  3. A user performing someone else's work is responsible for any rights it needs.
  4. The Service may hide or remove user content that breaks the law or these terms without notice (including the chat's word filter and the board check).

9. Moderation

  1. Breaking section 7 or harming other users may lead to muting, a voice block, a kick, or a ban for a period or for good. Bans may apply to a browser (device), an account or an address.
  2. When a sudden crowd of guests disrupts a room, new guests may be kept out for a while.
  3. If you disagree with a measure, write to the contact below and the staff will look at it again.

10. The Service's duties

  1. The Service does not do what the law or these terms forbid, and works to keep the Service running steadily.
  2. It protects users' personal data as the Privacy Policy says.

11. Limits of liability

  1. The Service is free. Unless it acted intentionally or with gross negligence, it is not liable for stops, lost data or gold, or disputes between users.
  2. It is not responsible for content users post or for outside sites it links to, but removes illegal content without delay once it knows of it.

12. Closing the Service

If the Service closes, this page and the game's notices will say so 30 days ahead. Gold and in-game items end with it.

13. Disputes and governing law

  1. The Service and users will first try to settle a dispute by talking.
  2. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and suits go to the court with jurisdiction under its Civil Procedure Act.
